Master Auto Services

Serpentine belts repaired. Excellent service. Even picked me up to retrieve fixed car.

Last night unexpectedly my check engine light came on, and my car started puttering like crazy. This morning I was frantically calling different chops to see who could get me in on a short notice and these guys were willing to take me in at the time I needed, and we’re super kind over the phone. Once I got there, they took less than an hour to diagnose and fix my problem for me and charge a very fair rate in my own honest opinion, would highly recommend them to anyone on the west side of Cleveland area for all their car troubles! Thank you again guys!!!

These guys used to be awesome, idk maybe its the newer guys, but they told me I needed an alignment and I just had one done so all they did was switched my tires around and overcharged me. Not good.but never again.

Outstanding service. Kind mechanics. My 2012 GMC TERRAIN is running great. I'm thrilled with the cost, and definitely will return and recommend them to family and friends.

Nobody else wanted to work on my Volkswagen but Masters didn't even hesitate. They are genuinely so nice and walk you through everything and talk to you like an actual person. You can not find a place that is more welcoming or helpful. I was so stressed about my car and they fixed it so quick, took a huge weight off my shoulders. They definitely have a customer for life. I can't thank them enough. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone.
