Metro Lexus Service Center

Great service and attention to the vehicle. Was able to get in and out in really good time. I highly recommend Metro Lexus to new customers. You won’t be disappointed.

Jeff have always been incredibly professional! He went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I’ve always been treated amazingly every time I’m there for service! Thankyou Jeff for making my experience AMAZING! 👍

I would like to personally thank Adam with the service department. He was extremely helpful and very professional. In addition, Adam kept me informed and he reached out to me about my concerns over the weekend. I believe that type of service is what sets Lexus above others. Once again thanks Adam.

Generally, taking a vehicle in for service is a necessary but somewhat painful experience. But at Metro Lexus, the experience is very pleasant. The service representatives are fantastic and the mechanical work is top notch. If you wait for your vehicle to be completed the waiting are is like a 5 star hotel lobby. It’s very comfortable with WiFi and an espresso machine. I actually enjoy waiting for the service work to be completed. If you have to leave your car, a loaner car is available if you schedule one. It’s a bit pricey, but the service and environment makes it worth the extra cost. I highly recommend Metro Lexus.

Had my first service appointment with metro lexus. The visit was easy, relatively quick and overall was a great experience. Jeffrey Miller did a great job with intake and keeping me updated on the status of the services being done. Much appreciated!
