This place was a literal LIFESAVER!!!!!! Picture this your headed to vacation destination and the tire goes flat on your car with 3 children in the car. AAA is an hour away to tow you to this place, you call.and they are more than willing to accommodate even though they were 45 minutes away from closing for the night. This place is AMAZING and rescued my birthday. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

I have been frequenting this Conrad for a little over 3 yrs. now. Service is abhorrent. Bald guy with glasses was rude. Vehicle was there from 10:15 to 2pm and had not even been pulled back yet. Appointment was at 10. Have to return for service but don’t want to. I have to because it’s a Lyft vehicle contract. Smh

Dakota was my hero!!! I hit a curb downtown that knocked my front bumper loose, and he went well above and beyond to help me get it fixed a half hour before closing. So impressed with his customer service and grateful! 1000% would recommend this location.
